These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Winnow44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). • Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or third-party service failures.
• Financial losses arising from participation in games or sports wagering markets, which by their nature involve an element of chance and inherent risk of loss.

In no event shall Winnow44's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in that player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Winnow44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

• Inactive account — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to deactivation, with any remaining balance held in accordance with applicable law.
